We are currently looking for a Skilled Bench Joiner to join our busy and growing workshop team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to work on high-quality, modern interior units and bespoke joinery components in a dynamic and supportive environment
Requirements

Proven experience as a Bench Joiner

Skilled in laminating processes (preferred, training will be given)

Ability to read technical drawings and understand cutting lists

Confident in using a variety of woodworking machinery

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to lift and carry panels and materials safely

NVQ Level 3 in Bench Joinery

Executive Assistant (PA) to the Retail Manager
Full Time | Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant (PA) to provide dedicated support to our Retail Manager and play a central role in the smooth running of the department.
This is a senior, trusted position within the business, suited to someone who excels in a fast paced environment and has a strong track record of supporting senior leadership. The successful candidate will be confident managing competing priorities, handling sensitive information with discretion, and supporting the Retail Manager in a professional and efficient manner, while contributing to the effectiveness of the wider retail team.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide comprehensive, high level administrative and organisational support to the Retail Manager
· Manage and coordinate complex diaries, meetings, and correspondence
· Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to a high professional standard
· Provide administrative support in preparing quotations and contracts, ensuring documentation is accurate, well organised, and issued promptly
· Manage remedial enquiries and customer complaints in a professional and organised manner, ensuring issues are logged, communicated, and followed through to resolution
· Coordinate internal and external communications effectively
· Track actions and ensure timely follow up across retail projects
· Support retail operations through strong organisation and attention to detail
· Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
The Ideal Candidate
. Will have proven experience in an Executive Assistant or PA role supporting senior leadership
· Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
· Possess excellent organisational and time management skills
· Have strong written and verbal communication abilities
· Be proactive, professional, and detail oriented, with a high level of discretion
· Thrive in a professional and collaborative workplace
This is a full-time, office-based position working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with occasional Saturdays on a rota. You will be joining a growing business where high standards are valued, and where your contribution will play an important role in the continued success of the retail division.

Part Time Office Assistant
Wignall’s Kitchens and Bathrooms is a well-established, family-run business looking for reliable and organised admin support for our busy showroom and installation team. This role includes some Saturday working as part of a balanced weekly rota.
Key Responsibilities:

Preparing and typing quotations

Managing orders, invoices, and job paperwork

Answering phone calls, emails, and greeting customers

Supporting day-to-day office and showroom operations

Liaising with installation teams as required
About You:

Previous office or administrative experience (essential)

Confident using Microsoft Office

Well organised with strong attention to detail

Friendly, professional, and customer-focused

Sage experience helpful but not essential
