Standard Laminate Worktops

Kitchen worktops come using an amazing range of high quality laminates, Wignall's offer hundreds of choices with samples on display in our showroom, however should you be unable to visit the showroom please feel free to call and we can arrange for laminate samples to be sent out to you.

We offer an extensive range of brands; Duropal, Artis, Axiom, Prima, Omega, Getalit, Odyssey as well as being able to manufacture our own worktops in our factory in Newton Abbot using an even larger choice of colours and brands.

Worktops are available in choices of textures, finishes (gloss or matt), thicknesses, size ( standard or breakfast bar), and different front edge profiles. Standard Worktops are generally postfomed (laminate wrapped around the front edge). There are also new shapes available.

Click on any of the links on the left to down load a brochure from which ever brand you wish, you will see that each one offers something different. Some offer 3m and 4.1m worktops, others have textured tops only available in 3.6m. Most offer 3 depths of 600mm (single postformed front edge only) 665mm ( double postformed edge breakfast bar), 900mm ( double postformed edge breakfast bar). Some also offer a range of solid wood and solid surface ( 100% acrylic material).

Don't forget most do matching or contrasting Splashbacks or Upstands,

All laminate worktops are very durable and will last for many years if you treat them correctly. Please avoid placing hot pans on any worktop, and always use a chopping board when prepared food.

It's always recommended to have the measurements of your kitchen to hand when selecting your worktop as it can prove helpful when making your selections, There is always help on the end of the phone if you need advice.
